The rules

  1. You will not be able to see any other information of a person without his/her permission.
  2. nexard will never resell the information about you. You decide who can see your data sheet.
  3. You decide about the content of your data sheets. nexard is not responsible for any illegal or wrong content.
  4. For preventing nexard-users from to many authorization requests we will exclude users who are rejected by more than 100 other users within one day. If needed, nexard will adapt this rule to future circumstances.
  5. For privacy reasons, when sending emails trough nexard you will not receive any confirmation if the message reached the recipient or not.
  6. nexard reserves the right to show advertisement on its homepage. Also this advertisements can be adapted to your data. This means NOT that nexard gives information about you to its advertisers. Also you will NEVER get any advertisement emails from nexard itself nor from its advertisers without your permission.
